reassure people who use their services, their families and staff that they are managing their information safely. Most people expect providers to share information with others who support them – but to do this securely and legally
answer the Care Quality Commission’s Single Assessment Framework – well led questions about how providers manage data securely (see Governance, management and sustainability – Care Quality Commission)
demonstrate that you meet legal requirements including Data Protection Legislation and the Data Security Standards
