By removing barriers and ensuring verification on both sides, the platform helps providers fill urgent vacancies whilst giving displaced workers access to meaningful, stable employment in adult social care For providers:Verified providers can join the platform, filter and search candidate profiles, and manage outreach through a secure dashboard. All worker profiles are pre-screened, giving providers confidence in their recruitment process.
